THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • When will my order ship?
    Most orders are processed within 1 business day of purchasing, Monday – Friday. All orders ship within 3 business days from our studio outside Washington D.C. with the exception of the days between Christmas and New Years. We currently offer USPS First Class, Priority and Express mail options. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to inclement weather or re-routing errors. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly if you are in need of your order by a specific date.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We accept returns of unwanted merchandise within 14 days of item receipt. You may ship your items to us in unused/unopened condition for a credit return of your purchase price. Please note that your original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on final-sale items or custom commissioned work. Stationery and paper goods (such as gift wrap) can be delicate during the shipping process. We do our best to carefully package all of our products with sturdy rigid mailers and boxes. If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us at jennifer@heartthrobstudio.com, and we will provide you with a replacement and return shipping label for the damaged item. We ship all US-Domestic parcels via USPS to the address as noted on your order. If you have made a mistake on your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to adjust before it leaves our studio. (Keep in mind, most retail orders ship within 1-2 business days). Heartthrob Studio is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses, nor retains ownership of parcels after tracking as delivered to your home/apartment/business.
  • How can I find the status of my order?
    You can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account. Also, when your package shipped, a confirmation email was sent with USPS tracking information.
  • What are your businss hours?
    Studio Hours: Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Wednesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Wednesday: 8:00am - 6:00pm Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed
  • Do you accept custom work?
    Yes! We love working on custom projects and offer a selection of custom portraits and stationery. Contact jennifer@heartthrobstudio.com with your project details and we will contact you shortly.
